I would suggest to click on Telman's name and read his posts, he has written about the pain afterwards, I never had it but other people have.
I did my flushes every 2 weeks. If you cut back on the ES keep the one before the oil normal.
Be glad you had "butt pee" it is easier than looking at fecal matter.
Did you get a copy of the ultra sound,
it is important to look at it yourself.
It will give more information than just you have gallstones, like the size of the ducts, if you have inflammation etc.
Over the years I have done about every supplement mentioned on CZ but it did not work for my calcified stone.
I will post again with a link where you can do more reading (have to look it up)
