I did not moisturize while on treatment. It was only AFTER the crusts had completely stopped forming that I would apply aquaphor (not seen in the photos). Now three months later I NO longer need to keep any kind of constant moisture. But I do put aquaphor on at night just because I sometime sleep with my mouth open. Im from Texas but now reside in Seattle, WA.
