This is what I experienced for two weeks in a row. Most people call this "die off". It just felt like _I_ was dying off (like a really bad flu). I actually bought a pill kit and started with VERY small bits of DE and worked my way up to a full pill (I don't dissolve it, I just pop it like a supplement). After a few weeks, I felt tip-top. I added Garlic and oregano oil supplements as well as Olive leaf just to make sure I had antiparasitic, antiviral, and antifungal all covered. Works like a charm.

It always gets way worse before it gets better.
