please help me. cyst on forearm, no one believes me

HI ALL:
I just joined after agonizing day in and day out for over a year. we all seem to have basically the same story, so i'll cut to the chase... in a nutshell,last about a year and a half ago, I broke out into a really itchy rash on my arms... please believe me when I tell you that I have a very high pain tolerance and hate docs... I went from doc to doc... all laughed..the whole thing we all know all too well... they told me I was crazy... well I was at the last doc who said the rash was just a reaction to they didn't know what and the 'cyst' was a 'leftover' bump that was of no concern. I have never been wrong with my gut feeling. this cyst has been on my forearm since last January. one day I was sick of picking at it and screwing with it... I put a drop of callous remover (sally Hansen small bottle for feet callouses with blue liquid inside---ingredients only say lavender). well I put a drop on and what I saw nearly made me faint. it opened up, widened, and turned black and stringy things cam out... I have had tons of all the 'normal' parasite symptoms since then. every doc still just gave me crèmes and told me to stop picking at my skin like I'm a 15 yr old boy. I am on the verge of going insane. I need help. I swear on my children that if I get to the bottom of this and get better, I am dedicating the rest of my free time to helping others suffering with this. today I took what I think is a Tapeworm out of my toilet (ate pumpkin seeds yesterday)... I will post all of these pictures... I am at a loss. also, am extremely worried bc I am immune compromised. I am scared. please help.
