Yes I agree with you I have posted here as well and you are exactly right in the emotional reaction, I have no pity on those who wold and have commited the crime, however how do you know unles God forbid there is physical evedance to show that a particular act has occored. As I am going through this as an accused. And there there is no crime there was just susspition of a person with a sic mind, this spilled over into the soposid non victom of the crime. The only crime that has been committed here is the mental hijacking of a child by a sic minded parrent. By the constant probing as to what activities took place when my neice and I interacted, normally I'd say good on mom as I know this went on but as there was no nafairious activity and sometimes hinted sic indication of the prob ither from the neice or in conversation between my self and the sic individual projecting her sickness to me. I would never have thought that this would ever get where it is, as the other parrent wold without a dought in my mind wold know that such actions as charged wold not have happend. I did not take into account that this sic parrent wold have poisend the childs mind as badly as has happend and can see where the other parent when hearing the story and account of the childs repeated acount of the sic parents thought would react with disbelief. Thees Pepole did not take into account that by the sic minded parrent doing what has been dun how this is going to affect there childs life as at 8 this child dose know what she repeted for zebra forenzics interview/ intarogation and zebra dose state as other posts point out that the police and prossiqution are only looking to convict not the trouth of the mater, zebra mandate states that thay are only there to validate a complaint. And this is not verbadum, this can be found on there sight and menny other child advocat sights all around the country , that thay are not interested in the trouth just the prossicution and conviction just on a childs story. As this story and menny times I'm Shure thees story's are true and thees agencies have done a grate service, how menny times has there blind actions and bious attitudes got it wrong and in my opinion caused more damage then it is worth. And the aditudea of a lot is well so a couple of Pepole go to jail for somthing that did not happen it is better that then let one that did get away . Thees Pepole are living a life of lies as thay assume that thees things can't or won't happen to them. Thees days as in the past the only differance is that we here about such hanousnes all the time, years ago this happend but you did not here it as mutch, now parrents are looking for the pervert lurking around every tree kinda like photo radar, and parionoia that yes is a dsm category sickness mix this with a normally unstable disposition eny action with there or eny other child can spark an aligation of abuse. Once this alligation is out there places like zebra child protection will get hold of it and make it so. Again those that do commit the crime should be locked up how ever as seen more then enough the aligation being made ither mistakenly or willfully faulce once zebra or eny other fine well meaning agency sutch as this gets ahold of it real or not it will be made to be as this is there mandate children or others do not lie about being sexualy abused. There for if there is a story it must be true, but where is the evadance beond the story, to every story there has to be some morral or some factual beginning that can be spotted an alligation of sexual assalt is an exeptuon and just the word of enybody cleaning it is still taken and twisted againt eny body accused. Now blathering even though this is a faulce alligation and charge against me the mandated investagations automatically make you gilty and this is frightening
