Sore throat, Pharyngitis?

Around the beginning of the month, started to have panic attacks and stress, around the 5th, my neck on both sides started to tightening up, almost like a choking feeling, next week I started to relax and the tightening of my neck seems to be going away but got a sore throat and it wont really go away. I have been trying to relax so when I wake up, my throat hurts in the morning, but subsides during the day, when it comes close to night time it comes back then when i wake up, same thing again. No more cough tho, just this sore throat.

So I checked my throat, seems like i have small what seems to be white spots in the back of my throat, someone mentioned to me Pharyngitis, but i dont know. Will be going to the doc soon.
