What Your Doctor Didn’t Tell You

I was going to get the Solgar B12 & folate that you recommend, but was asking what B-Complex to get to fill in the gaps. Is Solgar "100" ok, though it does contain wrong B12 & folate @ "100" each?
Bio Care do one without B12 & folate, but does contain Magnesium Ascorbate, Aspartate & Citrate, all @ 50mg each?
