There should be somewhere you can test for stuff like Ecoli I don't see why parasites couldn't be related to this either tho in the U.S. next month a good parasite test comes out but if outside the U.S. idk how you'd do it. I'd inquire to Omar Amins lab. I think they might have a U.K. division too.
