Colorblind and afraif of having blood in stool - Please help! (Picture of stool inside)

Hello,

I am colorblind and am having digestion problems for quite a long time now. I already had an colonoscopy done and am still struggling with almost daily mucus in my stools.

Today I had this strange bowel movement and I am really scared that the darker spots on the stool could be blood. But because I am colorblind I can't tell for sure.

Please help me identify if it's blood or not. I am scared to death.

And please excuse my bad English. I am from Germany.
