Serrapeptase will thin the blood hence it will be less dense. Also it may be cleaning out unnecessary built up tissue and which is then released in the menstrual flow.
I did have a thinner flow and less clots with serrapeptase and it reduced inflammation. But I was also doing castor oils packs.
