Strong pulsation/hard mass around belly button

I've been suffering from digestive issues like heartburn, dysphagia, constipation, and indigestion for 4 months now. I went to an acupuncturist in December and he told me there is a strong pulsation around my belly button, which is not normal. I checked with my family to see if any of them had similar symptoms, and none of them had any pulsation around the belly.

Also, when I lay down flat on my back and press down around my belly button, I feel hard masses in there. My physician is clueless what it is, but he knows for sure that the masses are causing digestion disruption. Has anybody experienced something similar? What the heck is this? I am so lost and confused.
