Thank you Plathinator! I am currently on day 11 of a Water Fast and feeling great. I plan to do about 21 days.

Hopefully, this will help my liver. I'll be drinking lots of beet and carrot juice and eating mostly raw when I start to eat again. I'll flush about 3 weeks after I finish fasting. Hopefully I'll release stones then.
