Skip lecthin granules, I've read that it's hard to get the same benefis off of them. I started out by buying Dr's best GPC + PS (brain enhancers) and a powdered packet of Citruline (also a phosphatidylcholine element)

Both of those are end-products of phosphatidylcholine, and really have lifted brainfog and energy levels for me! :-)

I still want to pick up a big bottle of solgar phosphatidylcholine. :)

It's a bit surprising to me that it was a byproduct of non-GMO soy oil that started easing off my brainfogs and insomnias, but there you go, often the needed ingredients are right under your nose..!
