A perfect lawn here is a respected garden: no lawn just flowers and herbs grown no pesticide or chemicals. My neighbor gives me chipped wood from his branches and I use compost, and herbs macerations (can't recall the name for now...).
I concoct my own pesticides and use colloidal silver on plants early spring. All these recipes can be found with the search button...
