Obviously they don't like whatever you are doing and are trying to escape.

I have not experienced them coming out of my skin, thank God! But I did read where to take salt water baths (I would suggest grey Celtic Sea Salt ) with lavender oil. I have come to learn by accident that lavender is like their kryptonite. I am sure there are other things that help, but this is just what I have discovered.

This should help with killing them. I wish I could be of more help, but this is the advice I give because it has worked with taking lavender Oil Enema s, kills them like nothing I've seen.
