Feel free to ignore, but here are my basics:

- Iodine\Iodide see forum
- Ascorbic ACID, nothing else will do
mobilizes Halogens
- IMAM+ for Salt and Adrenal Support
Salt is required to push Bromine past kidneys plus deal with the toxins it holds

Stay away from VitD..
