Hey there!
I have passed similar "things" however mine were more greenish in colour. I don't know if they are the same "thing" as mine was jelly like. Yours looks hard (?)I was told it was a blob of bile that had gathered fat along the intestinal track.
I just had a bout if pinworms, a gift from my grandkids. I was told the eggs are microscopic. So...
