Receding gums- goldenseal, oil pulling, etc..

Hello, I am new here. Please help, I am so depressed. For a few months now, I've had receding gums and I am very scared. My teeth are starting to look bulky and weird. I tried buying toothpastes specifically for receding gums and applying gels, however the problem only got worse and it spread all over my gums. I am desperate. I am dealing with a lot of other issues as well and I just can't handle it anymore. Can someone please tell me any success gum regrowth stories?

So far, I've tried fluoride toothpaste containing baking soda, myrrh and a few other herbs. However, it also has sulfates and stuff. I also bought fluoride-free and sulfate-free toothpaste thinking it would be good to alternate between those two, so that I don't use anything harsh daily, but things are not improving (that other toothpaste has silica and other stuff that doesn't seem too good for gums either). I also used herbal Gingival gel and hyaluronic acid Gengigel on my gums, but I don't see success.

I heard of oil pulling and tried it with coconut a few times and today for the first time with sesame oil, but I think it only irritates my gums, as they get red and inflamed afterwards. Is this normal? Also, my face gets itchy and red when I am oil pulling, particularly my nose. I am allergic to many things, but I hate thinking that both coconut oil and sesame oil might be giving me allergic reactions. I would use other oils, but I know other oils are usually not as affective and may stain teeth.

I read somewhere that someone regrew their gums using goldenseal powder. I am afraid it may be too strong, but I'm willing to try it. Has anyone here had any experience with that? If you have any other recommendations for which goldenseal powder to use or any other tips for regrowing gums, please feel free to share. Even today my gums got worse, bled more and I got a few more red spots that bleed. I am so desperate.
