Hello everyone:

My name is Russ and I am just starting day 8 of a planned 21 to 28 day water fast. I have done 21 days before and felt great. I had a question: as a merchant seaman, I am required to have an extensive physical every 6 months - and one is coming up in a few weeks. Does anybody know how Water Fasting will effect your blood work? How about liver enzymes?
