Re: Earthing depletes magnesium? General discomfort in adrenals

Hello,
I have had chronic fatigue for almost 2 years, that's where i started earthing all night long with little improvements in the overall feeling the next day. A month ago I tested my mineral levels using a test called Oligoscan which revealed that i'm very low in magnesium, Iodine and silicon... Anyway when I started taking magnesium I felt 90% better in terms of energy and for the first time I had good night sleep.
The thing is that when I do earthing at night even if I take my magnesium I wake up ill and tired?!
Is it the same thing that happens to you. And why would earthing deplete Mg???Thank you

UPDATE!! : After my experience earthing overnight only depletes magnesium serum levels( Because Mg in blood in deposited in the tissues where it is most needed ). This is why I felt ill alfter earthing overnight. Anyhow I was supplementing with oral Magnesium (Bysglycinate and Citrate). While the only two ways to ensure magnesium supply is through IV or per rectum ( Visit dr sarah myhill website for more info ).
After correct Mg supplementation I had no more issues when earthing
