Re: Copper vs Mercury
Joe,
at this point I am almost certain it's mercury. my problems started happening during a time where I used to chew gum everyday and drink huge amounts of coffee everyday, which all emits mercury vapour. I unfortunately, don't have the money to afford all these test so I will have to go by what my guts tell me.
The tap water I've been drinking for years has fluoride and I do have some low thyroid symptoms like pale rough skin, premature aging, weight gain - I cannot loose weight and need to be in a very restricted diet to keep up my weight. I also have frequent muscle aches. Is it possible that I am
Iodine deficient? Can I take
Iodine if I still have
Amalgams in? If you know a good brand of
Iodine for me to take, I'd appreciate it.These are all symptoms of adrenal fatigue but when I drink coffee and I workout, I am fine. I don't really have substantial fatigue.
Also, is it ok to chelate from mercury if I am copper toxic? still have quite a few
Amalgam fillings in.
The reason I'm certain is mercury is the mental symptoms. I have this anger I can't control, no matter how much I meditate. I can't let things go. I am always in my head. I am very emotionally unstable and I hate it. I don't think adrenal fatigue by itself is causing this.
also, it seems like supplements don't do much for me. Wether I take them or not, I still feel the same. I used to take adrenal glandular and I'm fine without it. now I just take mag, vit c, d, fish oils...
can't wait to start chelation.
I can deal with the few physical symptoms (except for tinnitus) I have, but constant struggle with my psychological symptoms and the brain fog/forgetfulness are really making me tired.
