Questions about the fast, also how safe is it?

HI guys, I am wondering how safe this cleanse is, I read the book and was so excited, but am not sure how I will last 10 days withoiut eating, can anyone get sick on this diet?

also can I only do a 5 day fast? instead of a 10 day?

I have hypothyroid and asthma can I continue taking my meds?


I take care of my kids everyday and was scared of doing this cant someone pass out whilke on this fast?
