Re: Asthma & Chest colds

Grizz,

I am so happy that you are feeling better. It is my pleasure to have helped.

It was a very long time ago when we were kids traveling to my aunt's to Mombasa, Kenya and on the train from Nairobi to Mombasa all my brothers, sisters and I got this whooping cough. By the time we got to my aunt's house we were terribly sick. She gave us a nice hot meal and before bed she ordered us to go to the kitchen and drink warm milk and turmeric with a pinch of Sea Salt mixed in. I refused to do it. She forced it down my thorat saying you have to do it if you want go on a trip. I could not argue with a big woman. Next morning we all woke up with no cough at all.

I was 11 then, and I have never forgotten that.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Grizz.

One more suggestion.....

Eat turmeric everyday, one table spoon in the morning and one in the evening, you will ever get sick even if you kiss someone who is sick with cold and cough.
