Oh, I did not see that.
I assume they have the good intention to prevent it from oxidizing and preserve it. citric acid is a preservative - "natural", supposedly identical to the one in lemon juice, but for these purposes they usually make it synthetically.
I would go for 100% cold pressed flax oil. I kind of grew tired of add-ons. Especially when it sounds chemical - like ascorbyl palmitate, too - which is supposed to be derivative of vitamin C, but anyway - I am trying to reduce the chemical presence as much as I can.
