You can get a student microscope and camera here for not too much:

http://www.amscope.com/?gclid=CKLNntHWh8kCFUhlfgodekYCpQ

Get the best camera you can in the student range.
All told the setup is not prohibitively expensive.
Document specifics and share so your results can be duplicated.

For the next step, culturing and zapping nematodes that are a problem for humans, you will need to come up to speed in sterile culture work.
This is easier than you might imagine.
You don't need an autoclave for sterilization.
A pressure cooker will do.
This place sells some equipment for sterile culture work:

http://www.fungi.com/

You don't need a fancy inoculation chamber.
Cardboard, tape, and plastic sheeting, an inexpensive fluorescent or led light riding on top shining down through a plastic covered window, will suffice.
You don't need a fan.
You don't need much of what they sell.
You need a pressure cooker, plates, alcohol lamp, loop, scalpel. Basics.
To store plates a plastic shoe box, disinfected, with a hole drilled in one end, some cotton stuffed in the hole to let air in and out while acting as a filter, will get the job done.
Keep costs low so others will be in a po$ition to duplicate your work in the funds department.
You'll have to do the legwork in finding a source of proper medium to grow out nematodes.

To date you've been given a wide pass by the powers that be.
You have already made claims that landed people in the past in very hot water.
You have also engaged in activity contrary to the rules of this forum.
You've been given a pass there as well.
So there is an element of good will in some places that present one face and do something contrary to that face on your behalf.

On a final note. Killing nematodes in a plate or on a microscope slide may not be the same as killing them in the human body.
Yet successful experiments outside of the body would tend to lend an element of credence to the possible potential of the concept and encourage many, many more to jump in, on, and with a zapper.
If successful along the experimental lines you are not claiming they kill nematodes in a human body.
You are showing they kill nematodes outside of it sans the resistance, the capacitance, other bio-electric characteristics, chemistry, and density of the human body.
As you have stated, you are not selling a medical device.

I look forward to your work in this area.
With that I am finished in this thread.
I hope that ultimately all that transpired here will be for the good and the expansion of knowledge and capabilities.
Any more information or help you'll have to get elsewhere.
