People in india who for the most part are vegetarian/vegan die some 20/30 years sooner on average, than the omnivore like for instance Polynesians according to studies not long ago.

Polynesians, including Samoans, Tongans, Niueans, Cook Islands Māori, Tahitian Mā'ohi, Hawaiian Māoli, Marquesans and New Zealand Māori, are a subset of the Austronesian peoples. They share the same origins as the indigenous peoples of maritime Southeast Asia, Madagascar, and Taiwan.

These people like to eat and eat all. And are known for good health and strenght along the way.
