To feel better, it is always a good idea to cleanse, add good nutrition, and address stress/emotions.
Each person likes/responds differently to different procedures. For example, I find homemade sauerkraut (without salt or any other additives) and cabbage rejuvelac are amazing as probiotics internally and externally.
I also love raw living foods lifestyle, and using therapeutic grade essential oils.
When a person tries hard to make a change, he might put too much stress on himself/herself. Well - that does not serve the purpose.
