Hi, this is a very old post (sorry if it is poor etiquette to revive such a thread), but I just wanted to point out that the majority of the vegetables you are eating are goitrogens and that many of your symptoms are consistent with hypothyroidism. This may be worth looking into. There is a lot of information on Iodine and cofactor supplementation for thyroid health elsewhere on this site.
