Here is another thought. You are at the right age for SEVERE Nitric Oxide Deficiency.

Nitric Oxide begins a huge decline beginning at about 30 yrs old, and by age 60 is close to zero with severe health complications including colitis & constipation, where I suspect your SIBO is related.
