Omega 3 pill affect weight loss during 31 day water fast?

Hey guys.

I'm starting a 31 day Water Fast for some weight loss. I'm hoping to loose some wight before the heat here in SF gets unbearable in July, August and September.
I moved here last August and had a horrible time for those months during the day time.

I've since lost about 33 lbs since mid september but the difference is virtually physically unnoticeable and I still have over 100lbs to lose.

I really want to avoid catching colds during the fast and that's usually only possible if I take a 1200 mg Omega 3 liquid softgel a day.

I'm wondering if the softgel a day will affect the rate of weight loss in comparison. '
