ok so how much of the Epsom Salts do I add??and how does Liver Flushing help the bowels move better??the reason I ask is because my constipation is so bad I have severe stabbing pains and trapped gas with it I do not believe in using harsh preps to clean the bowels what doctors give you I tried it once and caused my constipation and gas to become much worse tried probotics they cause me gas pains to but I trully believe without good bile flow this is why my bowels and digestion is in a mess
