Yes I am also a
Sugar addict or at least was, stuffing myself with sweet cakes and icecream all day long.
Well I got really ill in December after my gallbladder got infected and it spread all round, I was in hospital.
Anyway, it's not been easy but I am pretty much
Sugar free now, not even honey !!!
How ?
Well, slowly.
I eat a lot of smoothies, like 2 banana, 2 mango, water, blended. And add some Kefir in the glass. Mmmmm delicious. or 2 banana 1 apple or strawberry or blueberrye. Really amazing. you can eat these all day long. Have 6 glasses and stuff your face. Delicious.
It's important that the fruit is really ripe, and sweet.
For dinner I boil rice and corn (or some vegetable) and once it's cooked, I chop in some tomato cucumber, and then add some butter, normally goat's butter and cashew nut butter or whatever I picked up from the wholefood shop. Also salt and paprika. Mmmmmm delicious.
The butter (fat) and salt is good. I believe I was actually craving that a lot and instead was eating sugar. The fat reduces my need for sugar.
Another soup is made by
juicing :
1 cup beetroot
1/3 cup raddish
1/3 cup carrot
1/3 cup celery
and then heating it up on the stove ... the beetroot is sweet and it is ... Mmm delicious.
I just made some cake today
Sugar free, the recipe is :
1 can coconut milk
250g rice flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoon butter (melted)
3 large ripe bananas mashed
Cinnamon or whatever spices
whisk it all together and put it in a cake mould, bake at 170 C for maybe 15 minutes or so, until a skewer comes out clean.
Delicious. No sugar / no honey. Tastes great.
Cabbage / potato /
Celery soup is also filling and satisfies the hunger.
Water. Drink lots of very warm water all day long.
Don't beat yourself up if you slip, if you are really really desperate then go to the wholefoods shop and by a seed bar. (they still have sugar btw)

Andreas Moritz and other inspiring people as well. You have to detox your mind as well.
It's also very important to relax, do some relaxing meditation CDs and in general to chill and love yourself all over.
Michael Winn has an Inner Smile CD that is good, but there are others. Get these and listen to them a lot !!! Also Belleruth Naperstek has tons of them.
( watching violent movies and such things increasing your need for sugar and keeps you in fear mode )
So your whole life, every bit, needs to move into a loving positive wonderful positive joyful happy healthy and all over love !!!
