Get on the phone to Dr Schulees and ask him for direct instructions asap.

Ask your doctor if you could delay any operation for 3 months to try herbal remedies, ask if it is safe. If so, then try really hard to resolve herbally.

Also in my experience drinking large quantities of hot water every day all day is very good for dissolving stones. 2 glasses every 2 or 3 hours.

But, I have no medical expertise and do not know your condition.
