83kg male
Ive been taking this little pill for about one month but I feel tired as fcuk.
The first week of taking d3 (every day 5000IU, sometimes 10 000IU) Ive experienced vomiting and diarrhea for about 3 hours. 2 weeks later my skin started to fall off like sunburn then I stopped... Its very expensive to test my blood levels. So what to do? 2 or 3 times a week?
