Zinc will initially raise your Na/K ratio, which may be what's keeping you up. Limcomin is designed to raise it. If I were you I'd try adding magnesium, not with calcium, on its own before bed. You can use s product called Calm, it's powdered Mg that you mix in water and helps people sleep. It won't screw up your detox, it'll just help. Also try doodling before bed instead of videos, that can help the brain calm down. And ask your practitioner!
