Hi Steve, I have few questions regarding coffee enemas and it would be great if you can answer them.

1) I am planning to do 2-3 coffee enemas per day. Will my colon become dependent on the enemas? Should I take regular breaks from coffee enemas?

2) Do I need to do a 1.5 liter water enema after the coffee enema to remove the toxins? or are the coffee enemas alone sufficient for that? I am asking this because I don't want to lose too much electrolytes.

3) Should I use coffee powder or coffee beans?
