You need to get an idea of what larvae or worm you got. Flat or round?
Moxi with praziquantel will work on both.
I have started moxidectin with praziquantel (quest plus) like 5 months into heavy medication with roundworms, and i have taken about 1/3rd of my dose for my weight and had kills and die off that lasted for a few days. I have started with 2 small teeth marks on the plunger daily and went up to almost a full dose a few days after which caused a pretty good die off in bones, skull. I was in bed for 3-4 days. After that i went back to 2 small teeth marks p day. Has it worked topically? If not, you are using the wrong stuff.you can try to get an ID by trying reese's pinworm med and see what you pass. Was all suspicious items and place on white background and take a good close up photo and post here. Then you can find your medicine, after getting a species ID.
