So if not orange juice diluted, then what juice of a non-fruit do you suggest? Tomato juice is still quite high GI. Can't think of a suitable juice, and at what stage do I venture into other more solid things.... (I almost shudder to contemplate solid foods?!!!)
my partner is suggesting a drop of raw honey, a pinch himalayan in a pitcher of water, with maybe a drop of lemon for a little while (only enough of each to hardly taste)... which seems reasonable... but where to from there? how long do I go like that for?
