I never heard of that I will definitely have to look into it. I've been on several rounds of Antibiotics --dioxyclycline was the only thing that helped my skin but I can't take it anymore. Very frustrating.

I do also think they're linked. I was bulimia for a long time and know I messed up my stomach. (If it's not one thing it's the other huh?)

And I live on the US--there are gmos in the air we breathe! Lol literally in everything. For some reason a lot of things make me sick to eat. Spinach nut butter and fish lately in particular...

I use CBC on my Acne sometimes o feel like it makes it worse? Or brings it to surface? Can't tell. I use Aztec healing clay. Do you just ingest it?
