Does inhibition of PGE2 lead to or worsen ulcers?

Could someone straighten me out?

PGE2's function: Secretes Gastric Mucus

So it basically protects the stomaches lining and therefore prevents ulcers. There was also a report where PGE2 can heal ulcers. So could Vitamin D or Fish Oil which both inhibit PGE2 worsen or potentiate a gastic ulcers especially if the patient's stomach lining isn't anywhere near opitmal? I have an autoimmune condition which is causing inflammation everywhere but I have an ulcer so I'm basically at a crossroad to what to do here.
