What Your Doctor Didn’t Tell You

Day 8 down weight 129.5 lost 1 lb since yesterday. Total lost 14.5 lbs. White tongue, heartburn, weird pain in my back and patches of itchy areas. Crave food when I'm around strong food smells but incredible how much control I have now. Every morning when I have made it another day and I jump on the scale i have the absolute best feeling. I also think of that when I want to eat something. Is it worth foregoing that feeling? I actually dreamt about eating lettuce. Weird.
