Re: Adrenal Fatigue - Adrenocortex Profile with 4 x Low Cortisol, intense heartbeat
Did you feel amped up or stressed on the day of the saliva test or were you fatigued that day? Did you sleep okay the night before the test?
If you were amped up and your adrenals are not in bad shape, the level of cortisol might be reflecting the stress. If you "crash" with fatigue after a number of stressful days, your situation might be suggesting some adrenal fatigue.
You might try a little pregnenolone or progesterone cream plus adrenal cortex glandular, B5. It would be interesting too see if 10mg x2 per day of pregnenolone would help or if it would make things worse. I'll explain why if requested.
Are the heartbeat symptoms worse when you consume certain foods, maybe phenols and salicylates. If so, I'll have more leads for you.
Ever try any support for liver phase II, maybe even Phase I.
Ever try magnesium, esp glycinate form or Epsom Salt--sulfate form? This would be on my short list of things to try
Do you get some zinc, maybe late in the evening.
Eventually you might try to determine if you are low in potassium. It is in some fruits such as banana but you could add some Morton Lite Salt to your salt shaker. It contains potassium.
