Would you post the units of measure for your FT4 and FT3?
Also, have you ever tested Reverse T3? If RT3 is blocking your thyroid receptors, you can have strange responses to helpful strategies, since the receptors are prevented from responding normally.
Sometimes it's not that RT3 is high but that the FT3/RT3 ratio is low.
You may need more specific thyroid help than we can offer here. If RT3 is high, it takes about 12 weeks to clear with enough push from exogenous thyroid hormone and optimizing iron, adrenals, Vitamin D, B12, and electrolytes.
