I am also on Keto and I found and purchased Malic acid supplements to replace having to drink such a large amount of apple juice. After being keto for a short time I couldn't handle the sweet taste anyway. I just break open a few malic acid capsules, mix them in my water bottle, and sip that throughout the day. I am still early on in my keto/ Liver Flush experiments so I don't have any amazing results to share yet, but I will keep you updated.
