Blood coming from urethra

This is the second time I have blood coming from the urethra. Small amounts, that are brownish. The first time I went to the gynecologist, and was told there was no bacteria, everything was normal.
I have no pain, but a slight pressure like being bloated.
I'm wondering others thoughts. I don't have health insurance and only have free gynecological visits.
