I am so excited, day 1 done, I am about to go to bed, maybe I will practice meditation for a few minutes now that I briefly looked at the meditation post on the Water Fasting forum earlier today and maybe 1 minute of stretching, I will pretend I know yoga :)
P.s. where can someone buy a tongue scraper, would using a toothbrush to brush the tongue work too?
