HAIR, pineal gland decalcification

I've been very interested in the theory that hair tries to find an equilibrium. If you have bangs, more energy goes to them, to help them catch up with the length. If you have layers, they will grow faster than the length too.

That's why many believe that all one length makes energy go everywhere, allowing all the hair to grow in length.

From my experience, I think it's true! I also find that I have far fewer split ends as it's becoming almost one length :)

I had mostly one length hair at least 8 years ago. But it was very highlighted, so I was using massive amounts of conditioner. This was a problem because it would buildup, so clarifying it dried it out. Plus lots of conditioner made it limp and flat.

But now, my hair is much healthier, and I have several inches of natural hair. This hair is SO healthy, it doesn't need conditioner.

My goal has always been to have fully detoxed hair, conditioned only by my natural oils :)

I want to be like any other animal- super shiny, waterproof hair, maintained by preening :)

I've been working for years to get my hair to it's natural state. This whole cycle of stripping the scalp of it's protective oil, then getting greasy because the scalp feels unprotected, is CRAZY!
Only us humans are caught in this cycle...

My Pineal Gland De-calcification

The results of my long detox has resulted in almost everything I could hope for. I feel great (except during herxheimer). I look better than I have in my whole 30's, I'm slimmer than I was at 27, and this is the best my hair and skin have ever been.

But detox doesn't really prepare you for toxin removal that you're not even aware of. For me, and almost everyone on the planet, it is our pineal gland.

If you look up calcified pineal gland, you can see images of people of all ages including teenagers, who have a rock in their head. The pineal gland is supposed to be full of water, just like our eyes.

But in our modern world, our pineal gland soaks up fluoride, making it look more like a solid rock!

Many detoxers don't talk about their pineal gland decalcifying for one main reason: they are still drinking spring or mineral water. Of course this water is better than drinking tap water with all it's chemicals in it.

Rain water has a negative charge. But after it attaches to dirt (inorganic minerals), that charge gets used up.

So when drinking gallons of this water everyday, they don't get that extra charge. Plus, they are accumulating inorganic minerals than get deposited in our joints, tissues and glands.

If they have NEVER had fluoride in their pineal gland, it might not be calcified. But this means they never drank fluoride water in their life, never used fluoride toothpaste, or had any food or drink with fluoride water in it.

I don't know anyone like that...Drinking distilled water is extremely important, because it's the closest to rain water that we can get.

When I saw bumpy skin around my temples, I was quite alarmed.
My skin is usually super smooth . I knew junk must be coming out!

And I had welts in a several places. I guess it could have been worse: it could have been boils!

It was soon after this break out that I had my pineal gland indecent. A couple months ago, at 2am in the morning, I couldn't sleep because of the weather changes. I sleep in pitch black, where I can't see my hand in front of my face.

Suddenly, I thought someone turned on the lights. I saw a incredibly bright silver light flood the room. It hurt, like your eyes hurt coming into bright light from darkness.

After the twinge of pain subsided, I opened my eyes to a pitch black room again. I was surprised that the lights WERE'NT on!

I closed my eyes again,, and realized that the light was inside my head. It lasted for only a few seconds, and then it was pitch black again.

(It was also similar to being knocked on the head- when you see lights.)

And it was over. After I realized the light was in my head, I immediately knew what it was.

I read many times that as people detox, they start seeing a light in their head. My favorite is people that know nothing about health. Often, they only change to distilled water, no other lifestyle changes.

An old lady did this, and talked to the younger guy that recommended she switch. She asked him, "What's the bright light in my head?" haha

I'm surprised that she didn't panic. I would have thought I was having a tumor or something. I'm glad I read about it before it happened , especially because it hurt!

Until it happens to you, you really can't fully explain it.

For a week after, when my eyes were closed in a dark room, I could see a big white circle of light right in front of my right eye. But when I looked left, it stayed in the same place, not moving with my eye movement.

And for weeks after that til now, I have several seconds of bright light that turn on and off, every few nights.

But now it doesn't hurt (only the first time), and it doesn't disturb me. Now it's just interesting, and kind of comforting, I guess because I'm constantly feeling better and better, all changes are welcome :)

Am I supposed to always have a bright light on in my head when I shut my eyes? Hmmm....

And something really nice happened today. I went to a department store to buy my favorite eye shadow. The girls helping me were so polite, and sweet. But it bothered me that I could see their foundation, even though it was the expensive stuff.

It wasn't the wrong color or applied poorly. It was that their face looked 'dead'. It's like when you see someone with colored contacts. You're not seeing the reflection and glow of the water in their eyes. They look flat to me.

That's what their skin lacked.

After they put on my eye shadow, to make sure it was the right color, they gave me a mirror. I saw that my face looked like a child's translucent skin, all rosy from outside, with no pores or wrinkles- under bright florescent lighting!

Remember, deep down, I am still insecure about my skin because from 13 til 22, I had Acne and rosacea. And until my first year of detox, I still had rosacea.

To look amazingly healthy is still kind of a weird and wonderful experience for me....
