I suggest you keep on the prescribed dose. I have had a similar experience. I have been dealing with a disseminated roundworm infection. I have had eye pain in different forms. Sometimes pressure, sometimes as if something was moving in there. I have had days when it would hurt badly, one or the other. My eyelids were often vibrating too.
They usually migrate and move around when they are hit hard with meds. I think it will pass, but it takes time. Be patient and trust it will get better.
