What you have is called mycelian filaments, piedra negra or piedra blanca. i was diagnose in Brazil by a dermatologist. It is a very rare fungus on the hair that the spores fall all over the body.
Good luck to you, it is a challenge to get rid of it but I have read that i can be cured.
