I have very similar looking parasite photos - comes in cycles - viscious bastards they are - i pound it with Albendezole and Praziquantel internally with topical ivermectin pour on - ordered DEC from Australia - will take few weeks to arrive - mentioned frequently as the med to use - will let you know if works
